Some stories stay with you long after you drive away.
Today I delivered another A New Dawn bouquet.
I won’t share her story because it isn’t mine to tell. But as she opened the door, all I could say was, “I’m so sorry.” In moments like that, there aren’t words big enough. I truly wanted to hug her.
We both carry grief in our hearts and this act of kindness helps me with my grief. It helps lessen the pain while remembering and honoring my sister.
That’s why these bouquets exist.
Not to fix what can’t be fixed.
Not to take away grief.
Just to let someone know they aren’t carrying it alone.
Be kind to one another. You never know what someone is carrying. 🤍
