Starting this week so thankful for all of the people who made last week such a success! 🌸🌿💗
I am so thankful for my guy ; he cheered me on and took vacation to work the wedding all day with me. Home Depot runs, loading and unloading all the things, CFA runs, climbing ladders… the list goes on and on. The best grandmas and kept kiddos and taxied them to their activities, along with all of the aunts, uncles, and cousins galore to play with them while Neal and I were gone.

When I reached out to my former Rose and Rae brides for photos of as a bridesmaid in their weddings, they each said “Here is the photo you probably want, but I love this* photo of this* moment with Bailey because…” She has been a wonderful friend to these brides of mine, showing up with laughter and prayers, and she has done the same for me. Bridal perfection! 🤍 Casey was one of my former students when I taught AP English IV. I loved her then and I love her now. I cried when she asked me to create flowers for her wedding and I screamed my head off when I saw her on her wedding day. She married her high school sweetheart, Ryan, and they were surrounded by so many I saw in my classes and the halls at school. What a precious joy it was for me to bring her flowers on her special day. I’ll eventually stop posting pictures from Casey and Ryan’s perfect day at ... but it won’t be anytime soon. 💗 Photography -

When I opened Hannah’s inquiry about wedding flowers, I already had three weddings within the six day period surrounding her wedding. But, I knew I wanted to help. 🤍 Hannah and Brandon are both nurses, doing everything they can to help during this raging pandemic. They had to cancel their first wedding, losing every payment they had put toward it. After months of discouragement, they decided to go forward with a much smaller wedding at a hillside lake house in Austin. Their golden day came in hot (literally 😅)! It was such a joy to bring this boho bride all of the textured pampas grass florals of her dreams. Hannah and Brandon learned one of life’s greatest lessons: circumstances will come that are hard and far from ideal, but we can choose how we respond. Hannah and Brandon chose to respond with joy and grace despite their circumstances. And, they surrounded themselves with a group friends and family willing to work and sweat the day away in the Austin heat all for the purpose of CELEBRATING their special day. Bar 1901 is an inspired approach to full bar service and intricate craft cocktail catering. Named for the historic bricks dating from 1901 used in our accent wall, Bar 1901 features exotic honed leather counter tops, a gorgeous indoor + outdoor canopy window, and metal pierced tile inserts under the bar.
Custom metal rail wrapping all around our 20-foot bar is perfect for flower installations, and still to come is a metal foot rail and more shelving.
