As crawfish season comes to a close, I thought Authentique Cajun Cookers might be slowing down for a bit. But then came a new opportunity—group catering.

We’re now in our second week providing meals for a local fire brigade training class, and it’s been an honor to support those who serve. So yes, we’re still cooking—and still serving the community.
