Tomorrow starts a new chapter in the journey of A&W Catering. I have resigned from Stonebridge Golf Course of NO and we are now located, temporarily, at 1159 Terry Parkway in Terry Town. You can no longer get A&W products from Stonebridge Golf Course or The Magnolia Bistro at Stonebridge. While I had to leave some great workers behind, they have all signed a non compete agreement between A&W and themselves. They can, however, develop their own recipes for Stonebridge Golf Course.
A&W Catering will now be called “uncrusted” with the same recipes from the past 55 years and, more importantly, the same phone number, 504-362-7597. Uncrusted will feature a more upscale finger sandwich selection including a Rueben, Cuban, BLT, Smoke Turkey, Brisket, Cucumber, and Strawberry, just to name a few. We will continue to develop these and other recipes until our permanent location is finalized on Lafayette street in Gretna. You can still see our traditional menu at www.awcateringservices.com. Thanks for the 5 decades of support and continued support into the future.

Come visit us at the Westwego Crawfish cook off Saturday at the farmers market. We will be offering Crabmeat Stuffed Shrimp wrapped in Bacon with a Crawfish Cream dipping sauce as a seafood side entry.

Another successful “one sack challenge” held in Belle Chasse this past weekend. A special thanks to PPSA&PC for an outstanding event. Once again A&W accomplished the impossible by placing in every single category that was available, except for booth design. Look at how many times A&W is mentioned below. I would also like to thank fellow crew members for their hard work.
