Wow! What a week! I’m a little overwhelmed with gratitude today! 🙏✨

I must start out by thanking the Lord for everything He is doing for me, my family, and our businesses.

I’d like to give a special shoutout to Ivan Wagler & Katherine Wagler for their amazing work and for being our guest chefs this week for the Amish nights of the World Tour. They hit it out of the park! Not only was their food absolutely amazing, but I thoroughly enjoyed working alongside them.

***We do have 8 loaves of her homemade bread left that we’d like to auction off today! We have been selected as one of the candidates for the Swope Art Museum Mardi Gras Fundraiser, so all proceeds from those loaves will go directly to this great cause! 🍞❤️***

Next, I have to thank our amazing staff. As many of our customers know, I drove a school bus for several years, and at the end of the school year last year, I offered jobs to a bunch of the students from my bus. For many of them, this is their first job. I can’t tell you how proud I am of them! Every day they are working hard and learning new aspects of the catering and hospitality business. When many of them first started, they were quite nervous—they didn’t know how to set a table the way we do, and they might never have told customers their names. But now, they have come out of their shells and are doing amazing! I truly can’t put into words how grateful I am for them. 👏🎓

Next, I have to give thanks to all of our loyal customers—or as I like to refer to you, our "framily" (friends + family = framily)! We really do end up being like a family. So to those who have come time after time, or to the over 100 first-time guests over the last couple of weeks, we want to say thank you! Without you, we wouldn’t be able to do what we are doing. 🥂

Now, I’ve saved the best for last. I give honor to my beautiful wife, Samantha 'Saenz' Harris, and my 3 favorite children—Sophia, Lyndon, and Nolan. Thank you for allowing Dad to be gone so much as we are building this business! I’m so grateful for all of your hard work, love, and support, and for everything you give up on the daily to allow a husband and dad to follow his dream. You are amazing, and I love you more than I could ever express! ❤️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
