POACHED SALMON IN WHITE-WINE BUTTER SAUCE
Gently poaching the salmon on a bed of fresh herbs and shallots in a white wine butter sauce is one of our favorite ways to prepare salmon. The salmon absorbs all the flavors of the aromatics and is so delicious. We will be serving this lovely dinner on a bed of bed of shredded zucchini and corn.

CRISPY DILL CHICKEN SANDWICH
If you didn’t try this sandwich a couple months ago, don’t miss it this time around. One of our customers said it was the best chicken sandwich ever! Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with a creamy dill pickle ranch sauce, dill pickle slices and fresh lettuce. This yummy sandwich will be served with the Best Ever Gazpacho Soup.

We offer delivery at $6.50 per household in the Terre Haute and West Terre Haute area.
