🌙 Lavender Moon Milk
Unwind with a dreamy Lavender Moon Milk
—a calming blend of warm milk, gentle lavender, and a hint of sweetness. Perfect for a peaceful, restful evening.
Ingredients
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
½ tsp dried culinary lavender (or a few drops lavender extract)
1 tsp of manuka 🍯
or maple syrup
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Gently heat milk in a saucepan with lavender (or stir in lavender extract after heating).
Stir in honey or maple syrup until fully dissolved.
Avoid boiling—just let it warm
and steep 2–3 minutes.
Strain out lavender buds if using dried flowers.
Pour into a mug.
Optionally, dust the top with cinnamon or decorate with a single lavender bud.
