I still have a couple weekly windows open for in home meal prep.

How does it work?

1. We determine your goals and likes. (Food is very personal).

2. We create a food inventory (shopping list).

3. You buy the groceries.

4. I come into your kitchen for 4 hours weekly and cook the food for you. ☺️

Creating prepped meals and snacks to reheat and enjoy.

I have been a chef for over 20+ years. I have a degree in advanced holistic nutrition and am certified in food safety and allergy awareness.

Whether it's eating for blood sugar balance, relief from intensional distress or reducing inflammation. Food is always the first line of defense.

What an incredible opportunity it was to create this custom table for a beautiful family celebrating the baby shower of their precious little arrival coming soon!! 🎉

I had a wonderful time creating this new Mom's vision for her beautiful Christmas table.

This table for 40 people consisted of a mix of charcuterie and crudité, with some a la carte additions of finger sandwiches, pasta salad and fruit salad.

Finished off with just a touch of Christmas. 🎄

I love what I do!! 🙏💗

Tonight I had the pleasure of doing a Christmas table for a lovely couple and their party guests. 🧑‍🎄

It was a seamless ex*****on!

She contacted me and I had her fill out my Charcuterie questionnaire and with that she was able to create her own unique charcuterie table.

She had even picked up her own Shrimp round appetizers that we incorporated into the table. 🍤

She was very happy with the result and I think it came out beautiful!

Have you always wanted someone to cook for you!?

If you are in Templeton or surrounding areas. I have some availability during my week and am looking to pick up a couple weekly clients for personal chef meal prep services. 🧑‍🍳

You do the groceries and I come into your kitchen for 4 hours once a week and prep a weeks worth of meals depending on your taste and preference. 🍊

I also have a degree in advanced Holistic Nutrition and am certified in Food Safety and can specialize in meals for blood sugar regulation and gluten and dairy allergies. 🥐

Plus, if you eat out more than 3 times a week....it's more affordable than you might think. 💃
