Cancellations/Reschedules policies for Photo sessions:
Cancellations and reschedules are no charge provided they are done 48 hours in advance of the scheduled shoot date/time. Within the 48 hour window, a cancellation/re
schedule is $30. If I show up to a shoot and customer is more than 20 min late there is a fee of $30 to reschedule + a $15 travel fee. If there's a no call no show I wasted my time showing up to the property and to me it’s unacceptable so there will not be a rescheduled appt. We can Not control medical emergencies
We can’t control weather, so I don’t penalize clients for shoots that are rescheduled due to inclement weather or medical. Such as HEAT here in Az or Rain :) things we don't control. PHOTOGRAPHER reserves right to refer to another photographer if Photographer feels personalities clash or is being mistreated , in event this were to happen photographer will refund 1/2 of photo session
with in 30 days . GIFT Certificate's:
have 6 months exp date
after 6month date they will expire . they are also Non- refundable
