I wish I could have been there the week of March 6th, 1989 when CBS did back to back episodes for charity with this all-star lineup. The "Grammy Family Feud" was a special week of episodes of Family Feud taped in March 1989 (hosted by Ray Combs) that pitted iconic music stars against each other for charity.

The Teams

• Swingin' Sisters: Dionne Warwick, Gladys Knight, Vanessa Williams, Janis Siegel (The Manhattan Transfer), and Cheryl Bentyne (The Manhattan Transfer). Playing for the Warwick Foundation.

• Musical Misters: Luther Vandross, Bobby McFerrin, Little Richard, Alan Paul (The Manhattan Transfer), and Tim Hauser (The Manhattan Transfer). Playing for the United Negro College Fund.

This popped up today from Facebook Memories today reminding me of my mom doing the show with me 4 years ago (October 2022) while she was fighting breast cancer during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Got me kinda emotional right now. 😪 Please keep Ellen Wright 🙏🏾 on your prayer list & visit: Gofund.me/jay-make-21sep
