🥳The Annual Pet Festival🐶🐱on the Hudson waterfront ⛱️ featured great people, animals (mostly doggies), scenery, awesome vibes, music🎼, cool vendors and more! Mother nature smiled on us again 🌞 while the WFDU crew mingled and spread the word about the Retro-Radio movement!! Happier times! I was thumbing through the WFDU photo album at the station after Soul Patrol Sunday-Memorial Weekend and came across this photo of mom, Ellen, Linda, who helped Mayor Pete, and I. So, I took a picture of the picture.📸📸 At the time of the WFDU pic, my mother could still see and was in remission after surviving breast cancer and a double-mastectomy. Yesterday, I took my mom to the hospital 🏥 for her weekly chemotherapy to fight off the cancer that reappeared in her lungs this time. Unfortunately, her ongoing battle with glaucoma has left her completely blind after TOO many operatioms to list. I humbly ask that you keep Ellen Wright in your prayers.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 She's a fighter 🥊 and we're going beat this cancer together ❤️ ❤️❤️
