We have a well trained, culturally diverse staff of cooks, which pride themselves in making sure that your food is prepared with the utmost of care, using the freshest ingredients available. Our Chef/Co-Owner, Melinda Anderson, has always enjoyed cooking and event planning. She credits her mother and grandmother for developing her skills in the art of cooking and food presentation. So when she retired from over 32 year of service as a Flight Attendant with Delta Air Lines, her friends and family suggested she turn her passion into a business. Melinda went back to school and graduated from one of the best Culinary Arts Schools in the country. She then trained for over 4 years under the watchful eyes of Executive Chef, Steve Ulibarri.
