Skylight Chapel & Events is preparing for an exciting new chapter, and we’re looking for an experienced Venue General Manager to help us launch, operate, and grow our wedding & event venue.
We’re looking for someone with real experience in weddings, event venues, hospitality, sales, or venue management who can take initiative, lead the operation, and deliver results — not simply wait for instructions.
You’ll help build and manage:
• Venue packages & pricing
• Sales, tours & bookings
• Customer experience
• Venue policies & procedures
• Vendor relationships
• Marketing & lead follow-up
• Event operations & staffing
• Growth and profitability
Our venue is currently approximately 75% complete, making this a unique opportunity to get involved before opening and help shape how the business operates from the beginning.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, sales-minded, accountable, and comfortable taking initiative.
This is not just an event-day coordinator position. We are looking for someone who take initiative, lead the operation, and deliver results of the venue and help build it into something exceptional.
