Crooked Creek was blessed again this year to do the Taylor Prom! We always enjoy seeing all the kids dressed up and having a great time. This year they wanted a pasta bar! We provided spaghetti noodles and bowtie noodles, marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce with grilled chicken, salad, and bread sticks! Thanks Taylor High for letting us be part of such a special night!

Back in March, C³ was lucky enough to cater a beautiful wedding! We were grateful to be part of this day filled with so much love! We served a taco bar with beef and shredded chicken, all the fixings, chips with salsa and queso, and fruit salsa with cinnamon/sugar chips!

We also catered their rehearsal dinner the evening before! For that we provided grilled chicken, green beans, loaded mashed potatoes, rolls and tea!

Back in December Randy and Suzy Toms asked us to do "A Southern Celebration" to celebrate Shane and his fiancée Maddi. This was so much fun to do and was such a creative idea. We love working with people to make their wishes come to life!

In this spread we included chicken & sausage gumbo with rice, chicken strips, Mac & cheese, salad, fruit and cheese charcuterie, crackers, French bread, bread pudding and banana pudding.

Earlier in December C³ was asked to cater the holiday parties for the Board of Directors and also the physicians/providers for SMC. We are always so happy to work with them! We provided brisket, sausage, chicken, loaded mashed potatoes, baked beans, sauteed mushrooms, salad and rolls, iced brownie, cherry and apple crisp. We also setup appetizers of spinach dip and charcuterie spread. Thank y'all again for continuing to support our business!

We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We were very fortunate to have multiple catering jobs over December, thank y'all so much for the support! Now that the holiday rush has settled we'll be posting pictures of the recent gigs. Below is the holiday party for the Cullen fire department. We provided a taco bar with all the sides and frosted brownies, cherry dump cake, and banana pudding as dessert. Thanks for all y'all do serving our community and for your continued support!

A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of catering Springhill's 50th class reunion! We provided brisket, grilled chicken, green beans, loaded mashed potatoes, rolls, and a meat/cheese charcuterie. It was so fun seeing everyone and watching old friends reminisce together. Go Lumberjacks!

The Lafayette county fire chiefs asked us to cater their meeting last month. We made up a big ole pot of chicken and sausage gumbo with rice, French bread, crackers, and potato salad. They enjoyed it and we enjoyed providing a good meal to such an important part of our community. Thanks for all y'all do!!
