**A little behind the scenes this morning, Fam! 😂**

It’s looking like a soggy one out there today…and it’s only supposed to get worse by lunchtime. 🌧️

So unfortunately, **we will NOT be opening today as planned.** BUT don’t you worry — we’re putting the rainy day to good use! Knocking out some maintenance, getting a few things handled, and of course working on a little **Cajun-Que Goodness!**

Y’all normally see the brisket, crawfish, egg rolls and all that CAJUN-QUE coming out of the windows…but here’s a little peek at what happens when the windows are CLOSED! 😂
