LaDeaux's is a dream come true for the Buckners. Together they've created a menu to showcase the best of both culinary styles.

Brandy was born in Louisiana and loves putting her own twist on traditional Cajun food and Moose is an experienced pit master. LaDeaux's was established by Brandy and Moose Buckner in 2023. However, their love affair with food and eachother started long before that. The couple first met on July 4, 2007 when Moose was invited by his best friend, Alan to hang out at the lake with his wife and sister

-in-law (Brandy). Brandy made BBQ Shrimp and a few other cajun dishes for the small family gathering and Moose brought his boat and some beers to share. Since Moose is a barbeque aficionado he was super excited to try the BBQ shrimp that day. However, he was in for a big surprise...because contrary to what he envisioned Brandy wasn't making shrimp served up from the grill. Instead she dished up a bowl of jumbo shrimp in a delicious sauce made of spices, garlic, fresh lemon and bay leaves served with crunchy french bread. From then on, Moose was hooked on cajun food and Brandy. Two foodies creating mouth watering cajun and barbeque dishes with unique flavor profiles from locally sourced ingrients. Their eclectic blend of traditional barbeque blended with iconic cajun comfort food will leave you craving more.

Behind every small business are some amazing customers!! Thank you for choosing us and believing in us! We love meeting all our first timers, so many of you gave us a shot in the beginning and have now become loyal regulars. ❤️

Jacqueline started as first timer In the very beginning and now we look forward to seeing her every week!! She loves the spice, is always up for trying our new items AND she won a free hat yesterday for Working Women Wednesday!! ♥️🙌🏻💪🙌🏻. Way to go Jacqueline!!!

We will be back at O'Reilly in Tavares today 11 am - 3 pm and then at Compasslife Church in Tavares serving supper from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm. We look forward to seeing y'all today!

LaDeaux's Fam.... we had an awesome day on the truck today, despite the rainy weather. ☔️☔️ We are so blessed to have SO many AMAZING customers that come to see us everyday we're out!!! 🫶🏿🫶🏿

That said, we wanna start spotlighting our awesone regulars!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Up first, meet Brent! Brent has been grabbing lunch (and sometimes dinner as well) with us for he and his wife at least 3 days a week since we first launched the truck back in March.

Brent, you're a rockstar and our day isn't complete until we serve you!!!! We love visiting with you, but seeing you rock your LaDeaux's shirt today was extra special!!!

In other news, we've been working hard in the test kitchen and have some AWESOME treats for you!!!!! Tomorrow we will be launching our "Dirty Gator Roll" and you don't wanna miss it!!! It has Louisiana sourced Gator mixed with our own proprietary blend of spices, jalapeños, cheese and bourbon flavored pickles. We're not braggin but they're worth the hipe. Get em' before they're gone!!! 🔥🔥

Happy Saturday LaDeaux's fam! Thanks for a great day yesterday. We sold out of everything once again and loved getting to honor our first responders for our first ever, First Responder Friday. 💪🚑👮‍♂️ It was extra sweet that some of the responders that dropped by are friends. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Today is on the truck! We are very thankful for ALL of our awesome customers that have become friends over the last few months! Come see us today and tell us what you're thankful for and receive a free single beignet with your order while they last!

We will be out at O'Reilly Auto Parts @ 1631 County Drive, Tavares until 3 pm today and @ Compasslife Church @ 3701 North Eichelberger Road, Tavares from 4:30 pm - 7 pm for a VERY special local family. We will serving dinner tonight and all proceeds will go to benefit the Abbott family. Bryan Abbott has been dealing with some unimaginable health issues and has had a very prolonged stay in the hospital.

Tonight we will be doing our part to raise funds along side many great community partners. We will have great food, live music, activities for the kids and some great raffle items. All donations from the event will go to help the Abbott family. So come on out and show your support for this great family in their time of need!

Thanks Tavares for a fantastic day!!! We sold out of nearly everything on our Warrior Wednesday, where we honored our hometown heroes. 💪🇺🇸 Our veteran winner (and first time customer) for the day was Mr. Grady, retired U.S. Navy. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 If you see Mr. Grady around, please thank him for his service. Maybe he'll even be rocking his new LaDeaux's swag. ♥️

Today is Warrior Wednesday!! 💪🇺🇸💪🇺🇸LaDeaux's always gives veterans and active service members a 10% discount, but today we wanna honor our service members a bit extra for Warrior Wednesday! To thank you for your service we will be giving all active duty and veterans a free drink with any entree AND......the first service member to place an order will get some free LaDeaux's swag. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

There will be lots of fun activities for the whole family, games, raffles, and live music!! All proceeds from the event (including our food sales) will go to benefit the family to cover mounting medical costs.

Hey LaDeaux's fam.... due to severe weather in our area we are pulling out of the event at Adrenaline Bike Works tonight! So sorry we will miss you if you come by, but the weather is terrible In Mt Dora right now and we have to put the safety of our family first. We hope you underatand! Stay safe out there!
