Happy Tuesday Cajun-Que fam! Sorry for the delay in getting our schedule to you this week!! We were extremely busy last week serving, shopping, prepping and catering a very momentous occasion. 🎂🥳🎅🍾

On Saturday we had the distinct honor of helping celebrate a very special man for his 65th birthday. Many of you might recognize,Mike Hilliard as he serves at numerous local Christmas events. We first met Mike when we were foster parents. For well over a decade we watched Mike as he donated his time to be Santa for Florida's most vulnerable and often forgotten children. He continues to give his time and talent each year. It Is truly remarkable to witness!

We feel so blessed we were able to cater his special day and that so many friends and family came together to celebrate this very special man.

That said, we're taking a couple days to regroup, work on some business needs and tend to some family affairs. As you know we are a small family run business and we always want to ensure we continue to keep family first. We appreciate your understanding!

This week we will ONLY be out on Friday (12/5/25). We will be serving @ Eustis Heights Elementary for a private event in the morning and then will be at Lake County Euros located @200 Southridge Industrial Drive, Tavares for their "Open Haus" event from 6pm - 9pm. This event IS open to the public. So come by and check out some sweet rides and grab some of your favs from our menu. ⚜️❤️🦞

Cajun-Que Crew! Thank you so much to everyone that did a Turkey Day preorder or came out today for lunch/dinner! It was an awesome day seeing all of you and hope you get some much needed downtime the next couple of days. I’m sure we’ll do a heartfelt post tomorrow, but tonight….its time for comedy!

In less than 45min, the SNL Thanksgiving is airing! Yeah I know, we could stream it anytime of the year, but it’s kind of a tradition in our house. We love that our kids are starting to think Adam Sandler movies are as funny as we do. Not sure if that’s a good thing or not…

Happy Thanksgiving Eve Cajun Crew! Quick update, those Smoked Cajun Injected Turkeys came out phenomenal!

We have approximately 3lbs of this juicy white and dark meat that did not go to preorders. Available chilled for pick up until 6:00pm at O’Reilly Auto in Tavares (1631 County Drive Tavares, FL 32778). Just reheat in the oven tomorrow before dinner time!

We also have our Slow Smoked Pulled Pork if you want another option for your feast!

If you pre-ordered the latest you can pick up is 6PM.....but we'd love If you came earlier. 🦃❤️🦃

Happy Saturday Fam! Hope you all are enjoying this beautiful day we are blessed with! Quick reminder on the Turkey Day Pre Orders. We've had several inquiries on the minimums. We'd never want to exclude smaller families! We have lifted the minimums on the meats and added pint sized options on our Magic Cheese Grits, Pit Beans and Red Beans and Andouille.

Pickup will be Wednesday at O'Reilly Auto Parts In Tavares. 1631 County Drive Tavares, FL 32778. (Facing 19 next to Wash City Car Wash).

LaDeaux’s Fam! We’ve been crazy busy with events these past couple of weeks, and they’ve all been fantastic — but we’ve definitely been missin’ our Tavares Cajun-Que Crew!

GOOD NEWS: We’re back in Tavares today at SunState Trucking! We’re serving lunch to that hardworking crew, but we’ll also be open to the public, so come grab your favorites and say hey!

Hey Cajun-Que Fam!!!! We had an AMAZING time at GATOR HARLEY-DAVIDSON in Leesburg this weekend. Saw lots of our regulars, met a ton of new LaDeaux's fans and got to serve while listening to some AMAZING bands! The weekend doesn't get much better than that!!!

Wanted to update everyone on our schedule this week. Just "in case" you're running short on your stash of LaDeaux's food and can't find any "Gumbalaya" cereal to help you in a pinch! LOL

As per our usual, we aren't out on Monday's because that's our day to shop, prep and regroup! This week we have several catering events on Tuesday and Wednesday (11/18/25 & 11/19/25), so we will ONLY be serving on Thursday (11/20/25) and Friday (11/21/25) this week!!!! Since we will ONLY be out 2 days this week you can expect we will sell out in record time..... so get there early to sn**ch up your favs!!!!

We will have all our regular menu items on the main board and LOTS of amazing specials..... trust us..... you're NOT gonna want to miss what we're throwing down this week! Locations and times are listed below.
