Let me say something that I mean with every single part of me. 👑
Women are iconic.
Not sometimes. Not in certain industries. Not when the conditions are perfect and the timing is right and everyone around them is supportive and the storage unit is organized and the weather cooperates during install. 🎈
Always. In spite of everything. Because of everything. ICONIC.
I have watched women in this industry show up when they were exhausted. Build when they were doubted. Create something extraordinary out of nothing but vision, will, and the refusal to quit. I have been that woman. I am still that woman on the hard days. 👑
And this business — this beautiful, chaotic, rewarding, demanding, completely extraordinary business — is hard sometimes.
It is the thunderstorm during setup that soaks you to the bone and you finish anyway. It is the storage unit archaeology at 9pm to find one piece of greenery for a client you will not let down. It is the early morning alarm on a day your body is begging for rest and you get up anyway because your client is counting on you. It is doing all of that while raising children, running multiple businesses, and showing up for the people you love. 🎈
It is never just an event. It is everything you poured into it to make it beautiful. 👑
And here is what I know — without a single doubt — after building Poppin' Luxe Designs from the ground up:
It grows where you water it.
Every install you pour your heart into. Every client you show up completely for. Every detail you refuse to cut corners on. Every time you choose the standard over the shortcut. Every seed planted in the dark that you kept watering even when you could not yet see what it was becoming. 🎈
That is what this is. That is what WE are.
Women building something real. In the hard seasons and the beautiful ones. Watering it every single day. 👑
