I’m coming across a lot of brides who are asking about my services and think I do the same as the coordinator that comes with their venue. This is not a post to bash wedding coordinators at venues, this is simply to show the difference between what we do. Too many times I have brides coming back to me a month before there wedding freaking out that the coordinator at the venue does not do all the things that she thought. So let me break it down for you.

I will decorate your reception AND ceremony site, even if they are in different venues. I create a timeline with you, will make sure all your vendors have this timeline before your wedding, and I print them a copy. I am your 911 help button. I have brides call me to problem solve last minute things that they need help with and I don’t quite until we figure it out. I will be your designated“bad guy”. Do you have a family member or a bridesmaid who crosses the line too much? Do you want things done your way and not their way? I got you. I will advocate on your behalf. I rehearse everything with you and your whole bridal party from ceremony entrance, to ceremony exit. From your reception entrance, to your final dance. I will make sure all your vendors are where they are suppose to be when they are suppose to be there. I make sure your dj knows when to play the song for different times during your reception(cake cutting, Bouquet toss, etc.) and your photographers are in place to take the photos. Me and my staff make sure at the end of the night, the decorations that you want to keep are brought back to your residence safe and sound. My bussers will clean tables throughout the night so your guest don’t have messy tables with empty cups and dirty napkins all over the place. And first and foremost I take care of you. If you need a friends or just someone to let the stress out to, I’m here. I will listen to you, check on you, take care of things so you don’t have to.
