That 3pm reach for something sweet is not weakness.

It is your body sending a very specific signal, and once you know how to read it, you can actually answer it instead of just giving in or fighting it.

In Ayurveda, there are three fundamental body types. Each one has a signature craving pattern when it gets out of balance.

Craving sweet and salty? Your nervous system is depleted. You've been running on stress and not enough nourishment. The body wants something grounding and substantial. It's not asking for a cookie. It's asking to feel settled.

Craving cold and sour? You're overheated. Mentally or physically, you've been pushing hard and generating too much internal heat. The body wants relief. That's why the cold drink, the citrus, the yogurt all sound so good.

Craving pungent or bitter? You're sluggish and congested, and the body is literally trying to stimulate itself. The coffee craving, the spicy food craving, the craving for something sharp, that's your system trying to wake up.

The craving is information. It has always been information.

DM me QUIZ and I'll send you the Culinary Alchemist Dosha Profile, find out which body type you are and what your cravings are actually asking for 🌿

You know that heavy, gassy, uncomfortable feeling after a big meal?

Fennel is the answer. And it has been sitting in your spice drawer this whole time.

This is one of the most effective digestive herbs in both ancient Ayurvedic medicine and Western herbal tradition, and most people only know it as a garnish.

Here's what it actually does: It relaxes the muscles in your gut, reduces gas and bloating, and helps your body actually finish digesting the meal instead of just sitting with it.

The simplest way to use it: chew a pinch of seeds after you eat. Takes ten seconds. Works better than a digestive enzyme supplement for most people.

Or simmer a teaspoon of fennel seeds with cumin and coriander for ten minutes and drink it warm. That's CCF tea, the oldest digestive formula in Ayurveda. Simple. Cheap. It works.

Swipe through for the full breakdown, how to use it, when to use it, and why every food tradition that got digestion right uses some version of this seed.

πŸ’Ύ Save this. And tell me, do you cook with fennel? Seeds, bulb, or both? πŸ‘‡

Food is not decoration. Food is not a trend. Food is not a perk.

Food is infrastructure.

The Culinary Alchemist exists at the intersection of Ayurveda, Western Herbology, and 40 years of classical culinary training, built for the leaders who understand that the food program is not a line item. It is the foundation of the outcome they're building toward.

For retreat organizers who want the food to be part of the transformation. For corporate wellness directors building nutritional infrastructure for high-performance teams. For hospitality founders who want culinary integrity as a competitive differentiator.

Most wellness programs pick one lens and apply it everywhere.

This is three lenses, working together.

Ayurveda: the map. Who is this person? What do they need constitutionally and seasonally? Five thousand years of asking the right questions.

Western Herbology: the compass. What is happening in this person's tissues right now? Precise, clinical, specific.

Classical Culinary Training: the kitchen. Forty years. Cordon Bleu. The ex*****on that makes all of it delicious, scalable, and worth coming back for.

Three systems. Three different problems solved. One plate.

This is not a niche. It is the most complete culinary wellness framework available.
