Mia Wead was raised in the event world. The daughter of two chef-caterers, she has been observing and executing weddings & events since she was very small. Today she caters and coordinates, for years capturing BTS content while working - never missing a beat and rarely being noticed. This skill continued to develop and the talents began to be noticed by clients, as well. In 2025, she launched Lens and Linen and the rest is herstory. Meet them both tomorrow (tickets linked) and follow their accounts to watch these two event queens grow!

QUESTION: Is the Tampa Firefighters Museum the perfect venue to hold your reception after marrying at the courthouse? (answer in the last slide)

This wedding is embedded in our minds and hearts for so many reasons. The couple and their families were a dream to work with. They were loving and kind, had a wonderful idea in mind for their aesthetic and remained grateful throughout the entire planning experience. Our beautiful bride will soon be a fire fighter (she has already graduated), just like her wonderful father. The mothers of each were collaborative with our event manager and the outcome…well, see for yourself.

The vendor team was top notch! The DJ for the evening Adam, a close friend of the couple, is a karaoke and photo booth pro and kept things moving beautifully, with our team providing the back drop with the family. The catering by 3 Cs and our in-house bar were the perfect combination and the ease of ex*****on was noticeable. The photographers Created Four not only provided these gorgeous shots, but they were also a joy to work with. Wandering Whisk understood the assignment with her gorgeous, themed dessert table. And, of course the museum event team was top notch, handling bar, Day of Management, decor, design and coordination help.
