A little over one year ago we were celebrating Emily and Luis! ⁠

High school sweethearts, surrounded by every person who had cheered them on to get there. And this one holds a special place in my heart- it was the second wedding I planned for this family, and they gave me full creative freedom. ⁠
⁠
The space itself already had a lot of gorgeous design going for it, and it was our job to make it all feel like it was meant to be there. Silver candelabras, florals that turned the existing bar into a statement, and a chic black and white palette all created a wedding that was a perfect reflection of these two.⁠

One year ago today we were celebrating Emily and Luis! ⁠

In all the beauty from Signe and Craig's day- the bold florals, the layered design, the celebration we built... what really shines through is the two of them.⁠

Their love and joy was absolutely palpable, and these images from ⁠ absolutely capture that. The way they looked at each other all throughout the day. How present they were, even surrounded by all of the maximalist beauty. The small glances, the genuine laughter, the calm relief and excitement of their day finally being here.⁠
⁠
A great wedding day isn't measured in how perfect the details are (though it is a plus). It's measured in experiencing moments like these. In how it feels to be loved, and to have it beautifully captured while it's all being celebrated by your favorite people.⁠

Seeing your vision brought to life… this is the moment that makes it all worth it for us. That gasp, that joy, the emphatic “YES” and whispers of “I love it”. 🥰 ⁠

Signe came to us as a self-proclaimed maximalist, and instead of dialing it back (like so many do), she leaned into it completely. ⁠
⁠
Bold hues, lush florals, layered patterns… every design choice was made with her and her artistic dad, for her. Something magical happens when you trust a planner to hold your vision with you, and when you show up as your full self. ⁠

Melody and Scott's wedding at The Tampa Edition leaned into shape, contrast, and quiet drama. ⁠

A sculptural black arch for the ceremony, draped in white florals. ⁠
Emerald velvet banquettes paired with gold ring-back chairs. ⁠
A curved black-and-gold bar that anchored the room like a piece of architecture. ⁠
Cabana-style lounges and booth seating in place of the expected, because the way people gather should feel as designed as the way it looks. ⁠
⁠
For us, the details are the design... every napkin fold, every shape, every light source chosen on purpose. ⁠
⁠
