Happily ever afters and no less! I'm Cecilia Leon and I'm an Event Planner, Decorator and CEO of Once Upon A Fiesta, Inc. based in Tampa, Florida. Event planning found me as a part-time job in early 2014 and I started my business later that very same year. I have had the pleasure of getting to know the most amazing couples, the most enchanting of Quinceañeras, and the sweetest of 16 year-old girls.
