It’s not always glitz, glamour & pretty setups behind the scenes! 🎈😅

A HUGE part of this business is thinking fast, staying organized, and always having a Plan B. We inflated over 50 balloons for centerpieces, had everything prepped and ready to go… only for the customer to let us know the next day that ALL of them had deflated. 🫠

Cue the emergency order to Michael’s for new balloons and a whole lot of re-inflating! When there’s a problem, you figure it out and keep it moving because the setup still has to happen!

One thing we learned from this experience: Balloon Time helium tanks will NOT be making another appearance in our setups. 😂✋🏼🎈

The finished setup may look effortless, but sometimes there’s a whole mini crisis happening behind the scenes!

No todo es brillo, glamour y montajes bonitos detrás de cámaras! 🎈😅

Una GRAN parte de este negocio es pensar rápido, mantenerse organizado y siempre tener un Plan B. Inflamos más de 50 globos para los centros de mesa, dejamos todo preparado y listo… solo para que al día siguiente el cliente nos avisara que TODOS se habían desinflado. 🫠

Nos tocó salir corriendo de emergencia a Michael’s por globos nuevos y volver a inflarlos todos! Cuando surge un problema, toca buscar una solución y seguir adelante porque ¡el montaje tiene que quedar listo sí o sí!

Algo que definitivamente aprendimos de esta experiencia: los tanques de helio Balloon Time NO volverán a aparecer en nuestros montajes. 😂✋🏼🎈

El resultado final puede verse como si todo hubiera sido súper fácil, pero a veces hay toda una mini crisis pasando detrás de cámaras! 😂
