The Plant City Pig Jam is in the books!

Congratulations to everyone that got to hear their names called!

The Master Series Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion went to none other than my buddies Tillmans BBQ and Kings BBQ. Congratulations, I want to be like you guys when I grow up 😁

Thank you to the Plant City Chamber of Commerce for another year! We would also like to congratulate President Jerilyn Rumbarger on her new position. Your hard work and dedication do not go recognized. You are definitely a great example of what it means to be COOL 😎.

Cool Guys BBQ was fortunate to receive a 2nd place call in the Margarita ancillary. Demonstrating one of our real strengths 🍹🥃😄

We had what I felt was a great cook with regards to Process, Timing and overall ex*****on. But with the caliber of competition, a 160s won't cut it. It was a great performance to build off off. Below are our results

Chick- 31st -162.24
Ribs - 24th - 165.66
Pork - 19th - 169.66
Brisk - 29th - 150.24

Overall - 27th - 647.81 (small improvement from 1st 2 pro comps)

Margarita - 2nd

My season starts with one of the last events of the Year. Plant City Pig Jam. Did very well last year in what ended up being my last backyard event! But this year it's Pro, so LFG!
