Meet Our Event Producer: Rubens de Paula

With over five years at CBK, Rubens is an integral part of the team. Ruebns first began as an Event Captain, where he quickly stood out for his work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for creating memorable events. In 2025, he was promoted to Event Producer, where he now works closely with the sales and operations teams, as well as clients, to ensure every event is seamless and thoughtfully executed.

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Rubens brings a global perspective shaped by his time in New York City and now Tampa, where he’s lived since 2021.

✨Favorite dish or cuisine:
Italian cuisine, with a special love for any kind of risotto.

✨What do you love about working at CBK?
The atmosphere and strong team mentality. Everyone works together to deliver the best possible result.

✨Favorite thing to do outside of work:
Spending time on the beach or out boating. As a sailor, the ocean is his passion. He also enjoys exploring high-quality restaurants, cycling, and staying active outdoors.
