Margarita Carrillo Arronte is one of Mexico's best-known chefs and promoters of culture. She is a TV personality, restaurateur, ice cream company entrepreneur, and leader of the Slow Food Movement in Baja.
She served as culinary ambassador for the Ministry of Agriculture (from 1996 to 2006), and led a movement to have traditional Mexican cuisine be recognized with a UNESCO ntangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity designation.
Then, welcome Helen Rosner, features editor at Eater National! national features editor of Eater.com, and a contributing editor at the award-winning food and travel magazine Saveur, where she previously served as executive digital editor.
