CROSS COUNTRY SCHEDULE CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT posted 3/14/25 @ 5:26 pm & Weather Forecast Update: Due to the severe weather forecast predicted for Saturday night into Sunday morning, Preliminary and Modified Cross Country will move to Saturday at 3:30 pm. Ride times have been updated on Event Entries. All other divisions will still compete on Sunday as scheduled. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate weather and safety.

Cross Country maps are posted online and the course is open for competitors to walk.

UPDATED WEATHER ANNOUNCEMENT posted 3/14/25 updated 7:00 pm: Storm Prediction Center continues to have the CSRA under a slight risk for severe weather Saturday night into Sunday morning with the majority of the severe risk staying mainly in Mississippi and Alabama. Timeframe for the CSRA is projected to be between 4 am and 11 am Sunday. Impacts range from damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph (45 mph outside of storm systems), brief tornados, possible quarter size hail, isolated flash floods up to 2+ inches in some areas, possible power outages and weak trees could fall.

With permanent, well constructed stabling we are well positioned to navigate potential severe weather. Please be mindful if you are stabling overnight Saturday to secure tack, buckets, or other loose items to reduce any potential harm or damage from possible flying debris. In addition to stalls, please secure RV awnings, chairs, or other camping equipment. We will continue to monitor the path of the severe weather threat and will make announcements if needed throughout the day on Saturday.

🚨NEW RECORD ALERT 🚨

Last year the USEA Advanced dressage record was broken for the first time since 2006, but that 17.7 didn't hold for long as Phillip Dutton Eventing has just scored a 15.0 with Caroline Moran's Carlchen in the Advanced Test B Division at Pine Top Eventing!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR COMPETITORS:
Closing Date for the Intermediate Horse Trials on Feb. 12-14 is TODAY. What does that mean? If a rider submitted an entry without payment a late fee will be charged to the entry if payment is not received. Yes, post mark dates will be honored, however, the USPS system and private mail carriers continue to experience delivery delays. Please utilize the technology available and contact Rick Dunkerton, show secretary, to submit entries and payment electronically. At this point, submitting payment by credit card is the fastest and most effective method of insuring acceptance into this show.
