It’s not you… it’s them 🫣

Bridal sizing is different from normal sizing!! For a bridal gown you are usually 2-3 sizes up from your normal dress size, so don’t be alarmed when you hear your bridal size. Your stylist will take measurements and order you the correct fit. Our in-house seamstresses will then ensure your gown is perfectly fit to you for your big day! Every designer also fits a little differently—so the number truly doesn’t matter 🤍

From 1 month to 1 year, we can do it all at Ivory and Lace 🤍

With both sides of our store — special order and off-the-rack — we’re able to accommodate almost any wedding timeline!

Special order gowns typically take 4–6 months to arrive, and we recommend leaving about 2 months for alterations. Our off-the-rack gowns go home with you the same day and are then brought back for alterations. Our in-house seamstresses begin alterations around 2 months before the wedding, and if needed, we can even rush alterations for those extra quick timelines ✨
