1. The pictures online wire services are posting are typically digitally enhanced and beautified, they do not show a flower arrangement in a 360degree view but can always only show a 180degree view.

As a buyer you may believe that the amount of flowers MUST be showing on the other side as well, right?
Fact is, those flowers you see will be split into the 360degree view which means practically speaking, it is split in half. That means you still are supposed to get the flowers/stems you see, but it will NOT look like the picture shown! You would need to pay DOUBLE the price to get it looking like the picture and all around!

But wait....there is more....

2. Customers often do not read or understand the SUBSTITUTION policy that comes along with their purchase.

There is no flower shop on this planet that has all types of flowers in stock in all colors . It just is not happening.

For that reason there is a disclaimer typically telling you that a substitution may be delivered with the same style and feeling. Colors may vary as well.
