They did the décor. I helped make sure their day came together. 🤍✨🥹 Aren’t they stunning 😍

One of my favorite parts of being a day-of coordinator is getting to see the transformation from setup to “WE JUST GOT MARRIED!” 🥹💍

I captured the gazebo before the wedding a few days prior…then the next clip is my couple standing in front of it after saying “I do,” with all their beautiful décor behind them. 🥰

They handled their own décor, but I was there early to assist with some of the remaining setup and make sure everything was ready for their big moment.

That’s the difference between just showing up on wedding day and actually coordinating the wedding day. 👏🏾

I stopped by for the rehearsal today and had to capture the ceremony space with the chairs all set up. It’s always so satisfying seeing everything start to come together after weeks of planning, coordinating, and making sure all the little details are in place.

Tomorrow… we make it official! 💍🥂

Your wedding budget should reflect what matters most to YOU and YOUR partner not what social media says your wedding is supposed to look like.

Wedding planners/coordinators… tell me I’m not the only one who carries EVERYTHING “just in case.” 😂

I found this viral $25 Tough Tote at Five Below!

It folds up, has wheels, and when you open it… this thing is BIG and DEEP.

As a wedding coordinator AND officiant, I’m constantly carrying my emergency kit, notary supplies, ceremony essentials, and all the random things that somehow end up being needed on wedding day.

I think I just found my new wedding day workhorse. 😂🙌🏾

I’ve learned that the little things can turn into BIG problems. 😅

Your wedding budget deserves a plan, your timeline needs breathing room, and your guests should never be confused about what’s happening.

Pretty is great… but WELL-planned is even better. 🤌🏽✨

I said I was hosting a bridal dinner… but apparently I meant I was opening a full-service creative studio. 😂😂

Balloon arch? Made it.
Florals? Added them.
Cupcakes with the groom’s face? Yep. 😂
Homemade margarita slushies + lemon holders with the groom’s face? Yep. 🍋
Bouquet bar? Yep. 💐
Charmed mirrors? Yep. 🪞
Mini first-aid kits? Yep. 🩹
Drinks-on-the-go kits? Yep. 🥤
Menus? Designed and printed them myself.
Cricut? Printer? Dollar Tree supplies? Put them all to work. 😂

I genuinely LOVE creating experiences where people feel thought of, celebrated, and special.

And honestly… this is exactly why I love what I do. ❤️✨

Not a booking! This was for my dear friend!! I genuinely love creating, decorating, crafting, and bringing a vision to life especially when it’s for someone I love. Watching her smile at the finished setup made every balloon, every detail, and every minute worth it. 🤍✨
