Fluid was created by Aaron and Rus, longtime friends and hospitality pros whose shared dedication to the guest experience grew into a creative partnership built on trust, service, and a love for the craft.
Aaron has spent over 20 years in hospitality, working every role from restaurant operations to management, always with one focus: making guests feel cared for and confident that every detail is handled professionally.
Rus brings over a decade of high-level bartending experience, leading the cocktail menu creation with a thoughtful approach to balance, creativity, and flavor. His menus are tailored to each celebration and inspired by classic technique, modern flavors, and global influence.
Together- they bring the drinks, the details, and the hospitality that make an event feel completely effortless.
