🚨 Important Class Update 🚨
Due to the Red Air Quality Alert in our area, we will still be at the gym for tonight's scheduled classes since we live close by.
HOWEVER, the health and safety of our members and families always comes first. Please do not take any unnecessary risks to attend class tonight. If you or your child have asthma, respiratory concerns, or would have to spend significant time outdoors, we encourage you to stay home and join us at the next class.
There will always be another opportunity to train, but your health is far more important.
Please stay safe, and we'll see everyone back on the mats soon! 💙
