I was honored to be included in the 2nd Annual Juried Music & Art Exhibition at the Akron Symphony Orchestra Concert again this year! My featured artwork was "Let Me Weep" - a 20x16 B&W photographic print of an image created at The Ohio State Reformatory. The image was inspired by the famous aria "Lascia ch'io pianga" (Let Me Weep) in George Frederick Handel's opera "Rinaldo".

Thank you Councilwoman Jessica Epstein and the Tallmadge City Council for this award. We are humbled and honored. We have loved every minute of owning and operating a business and raising our family in the wonderful Tallmadge community.

John and Kim are not only the 2019 2021, 2022, and 2224 Akron Beacons Best Photography winners but they’re also an Ohio Certified Professional Photography studio. Over these 35 years their work has represented the perfect blend of contemporary style, creative, artistry, and professional excellence right here in Tallmadge.

For decades, the Tuesdays have captured the very best moments here preserving history one photo at a time. From high school graduation portraits, youth sports and dance to weddings and community events, they have been there to document the story of our lives.

But beyond their talent and achievement, what makes John and Kim so remarkable is who they are. They’re good, kind people. They pour care into everything they do. On behalf of the City of Tallmadge it was my privilege to present this certificate of appreciation."

So EXCITED that we are going to be part of the Juried Music and Art Exhibition at the Akron Symphony Orchestra concert Saturday, March 29, 2025 @ 7:30 PM. We will have a piece of art on display in the lobby of EJ Thomas Hall Saturday evening from 6:00 PM until after the concert.
