XSITE is an innovative appointment style trade show designed to bring meeting and event planners together with industry suppliers!

The inaugural XSITE was held February 2013 in Tallahassee, FL. It provided face to face appointments between qualified meeting planners and Florida’s top hotels, resorts, CVB’s and industry suppliers and CEU educational sessions with top industry leaders discussing the latest in trends and technology within the meeting industry. Since that time, Birmingham, AL has been added and there are plans in development with other regions across the US. Register today at xsiteshow.com

This week at the FSAE Annual Conference was one I’ll always remember.

For the first time, I was able to share that I, Christy Gandy, am the new owner of Xsite. It was a huge milestone, but what made it truly unforgettable was the INCREDIBLE support I received!!

Every person I spoke with offered encouragement, congratulations, ideas, or simply a kind word. I left feeling inspired, grateful, and even more excited about what’s ahead. This industry is filled with amazing people, and I’m so thankful to be part of it.

To everyone who celebrated this new chapter with me—thank you! Your support means more than you know.

This is just the beginning for Xsite, and I can’t wait to see where this journey leads. The future is bright, and I’m ready for it. 💙✨

Today at the FSAE Annual Conference, I had the privilege of announcing that I have officially sold Xsite to Christy Gandy.

This wasn’t a decision I made lightly. Xsite has always been about relationships, trust, and creating meaningful business opportunities between meeting planners and our hospitality partners. I wanted to ensure that legacy would continue with someone who understands those values and has the passion to take Xsite even further.

Over the past several months, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Christy, and I have complete confidence that she is the right person to lead Xsite into its next chapter. Her energy, creativity, commitment to our industry, and dedication to serving both planners and suppliers make her an outstanding successor.

While I’ll always be proud of what we’ve built together, I’m even more excited to watch what comes next.

To everyone who has supported Xsite over the years—our planners, suppliers, destinations, convention centers, CVBs, hotels, partners, and friends—thank you. Your loyalty and trust have meant the world to me.

Please join me in congratulating Christy Gandy as she takes the reins of Xsite. I know you’ll give her the same incredible support you’ve given me over the years.

The future of Xsite is in great hands.

There are moments in every entrepreneur's journey when you pause and ask yourself:

"What do I want the next chapter to look like?"

I've been spending some time thinking about that question lately.

Looking forward to sharing some exciting news with everyone at the FSAE Annual Conference.
