Congratulations to the Red Hill’s Catering little league baseball team on their league championship! They fished top out of 12 teams and I was able to watch my son hit his first grand slam in the championship game. Proud daddy for sure! Congratulations to the team, coaches, and parents on an incredible season!

Oysters! 🦪 with a lack of rain locally the oysters are extra salty and briney! We have suppliers that can provide farm raised or wild caught.

Chicken and waffles with maple syrup and dusted powdered sugar on top for the win!! This is always a great late night snack and the kids love it too!

Our garlic, white wine, shrimp toast with melted havarti cheese and balsamic reduction on a fresh French baguette is always a great Hor D’oeuvre for any event!

Here in the panhandle of Florida we are lucky enough to have an abundance of fresh, local seafood. The fried gulf Apalachicola oysters and fresh gulf shrimp are always crowd favorites! Pared with our house sweet cocktail and lemon zest tartar sauce it’s a combination that’s hard to beat!
