Dora N: I can't say enough good things about Joy Division Entertainment. After hiring Jordan for our wedding at the Distillery District in Toronto, we couldn't be happier. I first spoke to several different companies, got prices and a feel for some other companies with what they had to offer. After speaking with Jordan, I knew that this was the company I wanted to hire. He added NO extra stress to our extremely stressful wedding time and actually made things LESS stressful for us. He gave us a great price, (actually the BEST price), delivered great entertainment on our dance floor, all of the music we wanted, and just ran our wedding for us in such a way that we were proud to have him there. No matter how stressed out we were, he just made everything go so smoothly. He played everything we asked him to, nothing that we didn't want him to & followed every request we gave him for the entire wedding. I'd recommend Jordan in a heartbeat & will definitely use him again for any other big party that we throw. I usually read reviews online when looking at other companies, restaurants, etc.., but really never write them. Jordan was so great though that the least I could do is tell everyone I know.
Tracy B: I had the pleasure of working with Joy Division Entertainment for my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them. My venue had strict policies in place for all vendors to adhere to, but Joy Division Entertainment (Jordan the DJ) handled all preparation and ex*****on with promptness, dependability, and professionalism the entire way through. Jordan was very communicative over email/Phone/Text in the months leading up to the wedding. As for the actual day-of DJ services, Jordan was flawless. He provided all the necessary equipment and kept the reception dance floor on fire for hours with a mix of 90s hip hop and RnB + a sprinkling of top 40 (my preference; you can specify any songs/genres you like during wedding planning). He’s also a super nice guy and a breeze to work with. 10/10, I highly recommend working with Joy Division Entertainment for any wedding or private event!
Christina M: We hosted a community pr***en dance here in London and used Jorden as our DJ. Our experience was wonderful. He was very reliable and great with the kids. His music was on point and geared toward young kids. He was smothered with requests and made sure he did his best to please everyone. The sound system was great along with great lighting. Would definitely use him again.
Jill E: It literally DOES NOT GET BETTER than Joy Division Entertainment. I got married last Saturday and the event went so well, I'm STILL getting compliments. Perfect music choices for cocktail hour/dinner/dancing, beautiful lighting displays, sound that everyone could hear during all the speeches. Truly, I'd divorce my husband just to marry him again and hire Jordan.
Thomas E: Highly recommended if you are looking for a DJ. We hosted a Boxing Show in an Arena that was a 19+ event. Jordan arrived early to set up his sound system and lighting. Music was spot on and he worked along well with our Ring Announcer. He was able to cater to our exact needs for our show and helped make it a great event. We are now going to book him for our upcoming wedding as well!
William J: I was in charge of the research on DJs for our wedding reception. We met with a lot of DJs and felt the most comfortable with Jordan. We were sold on Joy Division Entertainment after reading the reviews and having a conversation with Jordan. After deciding to move forward, we knew we made the right decision. Music was really important to us as a couple; we were looking for a way to mix Top 40 hits to Classic Rock. Not only was the music AWESOME, but Jordan was also great on the mic when announcements were made (i.e. short, smooth, and not corny). It was a pleasure collaborating with him, will book again.
