Homegoing Services for my Mom, Edith Robinson Davis will be this Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 1 PM at East Gadsden High School, 27001 Blue Star Hwy, Havana, FL 32333 (off hwy 90).

Flower Arrangements can be sent Williams Funeral Home, 1555 Pat Thomas Pkwy, Quincy, FL 32351. Monetary donations can be sent to $tootiespastriescater or cash. In an attempt to be as transparent as possible and continue to provide exceptional customer service yet affordable service, please see the following from Tootie's Pastries & Catering Co.

Delivery & Set-up
Delivery and set-up us priced on location and includes delivery and a "basic" set-up including wire racks, sternos and serving utensils at your desired station. Anything OUTSIDE of this is extra including chaffer dishes, detailed set-ups that require additional time & assistance. A deposit will be required for real chaffing dishes, drink dispensers, food warmers, etc in the event these items are not returned.

No Refunds
Although I am very flexible and understand that incidents do occur, Tootie's Pastries & Catering Co has a strict no refund policy unless we are not able to fufill a service. I will do my best to accommodate you with services in the future if time permits.

No CHANGES
No changes are allowed to a menu 2 weeks prior to your event! Please understand that it takes a lot of time and event to plan for very large events and although I have been flexible with this in the past, it has cost me a lot of money/ time to allow customers to exclude services or food items.

NO DISCOUNTS
Food/ Catering is expensive and as much as I like to give discounts here and there, I do feel my prices are well accommodating; however this has turned out to be a not so good experience. "No good deed goes unpunished."
