Sometimes the smartest setup is:
Prep the tedious work.
Build the magic onsite. 🎈

Small business balloon artists need REALISTIC systems that actually work in everyday vehicles and everyday installs.

Work smarter.
Stay profitable.

One of the biggest misconceptions in the balloon world right now is people thinking EVERYTHING has to be fully pre-built before delivery.

And honestly?
For a lot of small businesses… that’s not realistic.

Most newer balloon artists aren’t rolling around in giant vans or box trucks.

What I teach is:
PREP the tedious work first.

✅ Prep your frame
✅ Prep your base plates
✅ Prep your foil work
✅ Prep your detail pieces
✅ Prep your accent clusters

Then walk into the venue and build your larger organic sections directly onto the frame onsite.

Why?

Because:
🎈 it transports easier
🎈 it looks cleaner
🎈 balloons stay fresher
🎈 you avoid damaging installs during transport
🎈 you reduce shine spray dependence
🎈 and honestly… the final product usually looks BETTER.
