I have heard what you are asking for! I love that we’re all back to getting the protein our health needs. This menu will be prepared and delivered Sunday. If anything on here strikes your tummy get your order in by Saturday.

Happy Sunday! I’m picking up personal chef meal preps again to help out while in between jobs, court, and making it to my son’s bootcamp graduation. This is the menu for the week of 8/17/26.

I’ll also post when the next batch of jerky is ready and I’m taking orders for loaves of sourdough. There will probably be a few desserts thrown in as well.

Everything is made from scratch using fresh, quality ingredients. I’ve been cooking professionally for over 20 years and have my serve safe manager certificate.

I have been having so much fun kicking out these sourdough loaves. Yesterday I sold my first two loaves ever and today I’ve already got these next ones off to new homes. Be on the look out for a new list of inclusions and prices. I’m also going to put together kits with homemade butter and jellies.

Grabbed myself a ready made salad at Art’s Deli this afternoon. I love pickled onions in my salad. It’s a great spot for yummy eats and they did so much work in there to update it. Go try it out.
