Ghostwriter booking will repost or share stories of bands looking for bands for shows. (Must have post or story made, we will not make a post. only repost or share.)

We are currently seeking assistance in the following areas for the RAT Gala and fundraising event scheduled for December 2025

Procurement: sourcing items for our silent and possible live auctions.

Sponsorship: securing sponsors to support event expenses. Including: sound engineer, show manager, stipend for volunteers for cashier, and show help, and compensation for bands playing the event

Invitational: identifying influential individuals in Pierce County and Washington to invite to the event

We are currently looking for help in the following areas for the RAT Gala and fundraising event.

Procurement: finding and aquirong items for our silent and possible live auction.

Sponsorship: helping find and aquire sponsors for the event although this is a fun reason event we do have expenses open parentheses labor sound engineer manager front cashier and other stipend paid volunteers as well as funds to pay bands that are playing the event.)

Invitational: helping find influential people in the Pierce county and Washington area that we can invite to the gala.

THIS WEEKEND THE SOUTH SOUND SHOWCASE HAPPENS!

I've been working hard with Dalton to get this fest up and running we started with a dream and an idea and here we are going for it this week! Dalton is my second "student" that has gone from never booking a show or a large scale one, to running a three day festival!

We will be pivoting in 2025 working on RAT FEST a 2-3 day fundraiser festival in December of 2025! if you are interested in helping book, find sponsor/donors, collect merch for the mystery merch box raffle, get silent auction and possible live auction items, and help do advertising let me know!

Still looking for three more! This is a pre-cursor to R.A.T. fundraiser Fest 2025. December 12th-15th 2025 which will be all sorts of fundraising for Pierce County's Only All Ages 501(c)(3) Venue!

Events for 2025 will include:
Fundraiser competition
50/50 raffle
Silent auction
Live auction??
Return of the merch box raffle
Local business sponsors
The golden ticket raffle!
