Sometimes it’s easy to overlook the little blessings in life, but when we take time to thank the Lord, we begin to see more of His goodness and faithfulness in every moment. 🤍

Honduras update Saturday April 11th!

The day started off quite busy with classes and rehearsals with Estudio Danzarte for our performance the next day! We left for Comayagua in the late afternoon for our performance in the Plaza. We would be dancing in the city square in front of the Immaculate Conception Cathedral, it is one of the oldest cathedrals in Central America. When we arrived we were praying a blessing over the performance and sirens started to go off and it began to rain quite hard, it felt like confirmation from the Lord that it would be a powerful performance. The rain lifted in time for us to perform and we had a very good turnout despite the weather. As we began to dance the piece "rain" towards the end of the ballet where the Holy Spirit comes and touches the charactor of the father to bring him back to Himself - it bagan to rain again in real life. The rain felt like the Lord blessing the performance, the plaza and the audience giving a connection and the gift of Himself to the people there. During "King of my heart" I really felt the Lord presence all around and it was so powerful! A lot of people we prayed with afterwards seemed to be very touched and inspired and we are still praying that the seeds planted that evening will continue to grow! - Evee Heinsler, 1st Year Trainee

🎓 Trainee Graduate! 🤍

Emilie Magnosi (2nd Year Trainee)

Emilie has been a part of Light of the World Ballet for the past ten years — beginning in the LWB School, continuing through Youth Ballet, and then joining the Trainee Program.

This summer, Emilie will complete a certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She will also attend Bryant & Stratton College beginning in January 2027 to pursue a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Emilie desires to use the knowledge and experience she gains to help dancers thrive and equip them with tools for healthy, sustainable training. 🤍

We are so thankful for the many years Emilie has been a part of LWB, and for the joy and sweet spirit she brings to the environment. ✨

🇭🇳Honduras Update Friday April 10th🇭🇳

We drove to a city called Comayagua where we had lunch. Then we went to the city square where we would perfrom the next evening and prayed over the area, the people, and the leadership of the city. We then went to the church where we would perform that night called Linaje Escogido. When we first arrived we discovered that the church and surrounding area had been without power all day and then didn't know when it would be turned back on. We began setting up and praying that the Lord would turn the power back on so that the show would not be canceled! A little less than an hour aafter we arrived power was restored praise the Lord! The show had a wonderful turnout including many people who were did not regularly attend the church. The Pastors said it was very encouraging to them. After the gospel was shared many of us had wonderful conversations and were able to pray with many people. I personally got to take to and encourage a few young men including one man who was a ballet dancer! It was a wonderful show and evening where the Lord was glorified!
