The Community Folk Art Center has made the thoughtful decision to pause this year’s Friendsgiving celebration. While we always cherish gathering around the table in gratitude and community, we are instead channeling that spirit of giving into a new initiative—CFAC’s Warm Hearts & Full Plates Drive. We’re deeply grateful for everyone who registered or expressed interest. Refunds will be issued to those who purchased pre-sale tickets, and we invite you to join us in spreading warmth and kindness this season.
From now through December 17th, we invite you to join us in supporting our neighbors by donating new or gently used (laundered) coats, scarves, gloves, hats and blankets and non-perishable food. These items will be distributed to local families and community partners who need them most.
The heart of Friendsgiving has always been about care, connection, and community. Through Warmth & Wellness, we continue that tradition—ensuring that everyone can experience warmth, dignity, and wellness this season.
Donations can be dropped off at CFAC (805 E. Genesee St.) Monday through Friday during the hours of 10am to 7pm. Thank you for standing with us in the spirit of collective care.🤎
