Holston Gases completed the acquisition of Nitro-Derm East, located in Taylors, S.C. Holston Gases will service these customers from their facility located at 121 Southwest Dr, Spartanburg, S.C. 29303.

Holston Gases President Joe Baxter said, “We are very pleased to add the customers of Nitro-Derm to our growing customer base in the upstate. Nitro-Derm has been servicing this area of South Carolina for over 19 years and has a great reputation and loyal customers that we are excited to bring into the Holston family.”

Chad Stetar, owner of Nitro-Derm, agreed that the consolidation of the two companies’ resources in the upstate will bring added value to the Nitro-Derm customers.

Holston Gases is one of the largest independent industrial gas and propane companies in the United States. Holston has been in business for over 67 years. Its headquarters are located in Knoxville, and it now has 45 locations in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, North Carolina, Georgia, and South Carolina.

His journey began on June 2, 1974, in Allentown, PA with Air Products, where he dedicated 34 years to innovation and excellence. He continued making an impact with 3 years at Rockford Industrial Welding Supply and, for nearly 13 years now, he’s been a key player at Acme Cryogenics, now proudly part of OPW Clean Energy Solutions.

Brian’s decades of proven expertise, leadership, and industry insight are exactly what make OPWCES strong, reliable, and trusted by customers around the world.
