Today is a very special day for Who Want Smoke BBQ & Catering!
On this day 8/23/2020, I launched Who Want Smoke as a Catering business. Today marks my 5 year business anniversary!

On 2/23/25 I launched Who Want Smoke BBQ & Catering Dine-In Restaurant. I believe this is the ONLY black owned Dine-In Restaurant in the City Of Syracuse. Today marks the 6 month anniversary!

We’ve extended our hours and updated our menu! Sundays we are now open from 1:30-7pm. We’ve added the soul food sampler,...

We’ve extended our hours and updated our menu!
Sundays we are now open from 1:30-7pm. We’ve added the soul food sampler, jerk chicken tacos, ham, chicken & waffles, rice & gravy -plus Batters Up Pound Cakes and Booper’s Sweet potato pie, and gallons of sweet Tea!

We’ve removed: sweet chili meatballs, deviled eggs, chicken riggies, and grilled veggies (based on data- they sold the least).

We also extended our week day hours 11:30-6 on Wednesday & Thursdays and 11:30-8 on Fridays. WE ADDED ALL THE SOUTHERN SIDES TO THE WEEK DAY MENU! You can now get your fix of collard greens, candied yams, or the mac and cheese on all days!

We replaced pasta salad with spaghetti salad! We no longer have the smoked Turkey Sammy (based on data, it sold the least during lunch hours).
