Here’s the menu for the Booze Cruise! This will be served buffet style. Drinks will be available at the cash bar. Be sure to dress warm Friday evening especially! Friday’s cruise leaves at 7:00pm, and Saturday leaves at 1:00pm. We will not be able to hold the boat, so don’t be late 😉 You can get to the Frog early and grab a drink while waiting 🍹 Just give your name when you check in at the boat, there are not physical tickets. We may have some tickets for Saturday’s cruise available! I will post this evening for sure.

I’m seeing some comments that I’m only telling one side of the story, and that council members and town officials have only tried to work with me. While some public comments that have been made by town officials could seem that way, I have requested copies of all emails from council members and town officials regarding my business, RV ordinances, vendor permits, etc. as that is all public record. I have also requested copies of wastewater records, ADA investigations and complaints, a list of vendors who have paid vendor permits (so you can see how many have never been asked to), vendors who have actually been fined for not having permits…I will make all of this public so we can see what is really being said behind the scenes and by whom, and we can see if other businesses have been scrutinized the way we have. Who knows, maybe I’m just paranoid 🤷🏻‍♀️ For the rest of the weekend, we are enjoying some much needed camping time on the river 🛶 🏕️ Have a great weekend everyone!!

Beautifully written!! I promise this page will get back to being nothing but positivity, but first we need to make some changes! My whole goal for setting up in Syracuse was to bring progress to a town I love. That goal hasn’t changed. In fact, not working 70 hours a week on my business just freed up a lot of my time 😉 Just please hang in there with me while I use my platform to expose the corruption, then lets get back to nothing but love and awesome food! Brandon Wolferman and Matt Goodnight are two amazing candidates who plan on running next year! Remember those names and VOTE!!

This comment has me dying 😂 To be honest, I wouldn’t have been surprised to see ICE show up at my lot next 😂 Can you imagine the looks on agents faces when they came to raid me only to find a confused, snow white , tattooed hippy?? 😂

So many businesses in town have been amazing, supportive, and collaborative with us. The way to really make a difference in Syracuse is to make changes to the town council! The next two members to be up for re election next year are Paul Stoelting and Larry Siegel. Let’s start with them!! We need new leadership, so if you live in town limits or have friends/family who do, push for voting them out!!! Most of these guys won their seats with less than 100 votes!! So imagine what 1,000 of you can do! Register to vote, because this has shown me that it’s our local elections that make the biggest impact on our day to day lives. These guys are in there every month writing and passing ordinances without most of us even being aware! Current town council members are Nathan Scherer, Paul Stoelting, Larry Siegel, Cindy Kaiser, and Bill Musser. You can also email the town manager, David Wilkinson, at [email protected] to pass along any messages to the council members. Regardless, we won’t be returning to Syracuse, but maybe this brings awareness to the changes that need to be made in the community and we can make it better for the future!io

It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to close down in Syracuse. The support from customers there has been amazing, but the town itself does not share our vision. The whole purpose of this truck was to be a fun way to share my passion for cooking and to meet new people and build friendships, but being in Syracuse has been a constant source of stress and anxiety for me. To be honest, the town doesn’t deserve to have our business there. Syracuse could be so much more than it is, but only if we get leaders who want to see change and progress, not just in their own ventures. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all of the support and for constantly showing up for us! I’m sorry if I’m letting some of you down. So many of you have said “DON’T LET THEM WIN!!” I don’t see walking away as doing that. I see it as choosing peace and happiness. And the town is definitely losing what could have been a great opportunity to work with someone who only wanted to make the town a better place and bring people in and promote other businesses. We will keep all scheduled bookings, and the Booze Cruises are still on!!! Beyond that, I’m not sure what we will do. I would really love to find someone whose dream is to own a food truck and pass the business on to them. If you know someone who is interested, tell them to message me 😉 I love you guys, and let’s have a hella good time on our last few setups!! ❤️

If you have a bunch of zucchini to get rid of right now, here’s the recipe for the lemon blueberry zucchini cake we serve on the truck! It’s amazing 🤩 My secret to extra moist cakes is make them ahead, wrap in plastic wrap while still warm, and freeze them. Then thaw in the plastic wrap when you are ready to put your cake together 😉

Seriously delish Lemon Blueberry Cake. This cake is so sweet and dense and fabulous you will never believe there is a vegetable in there!

As flattered as I am that he thinks of me so often, this is really my husband, he really went to South Shore Social, and that is his honest review. He honestly had a terrible experience there. You can’t respond to comments on Google reviews, so just want to state for the record I wouldn’t leave a fake review for any business despite how I feel about the owner. I won’t leave my honest review for them either because obviously it would look like I have ulterior motives. My husband on the other hand, does not care about appearances and does what he wants 😅 After 8 years with my firey Puerto Rican I know better than to waste my energy trying to reel him in 😂 And you all know I don’t give a crap about competition, I invite my “competition” to setup on my own lot, and most of my close friends are other restaurant and food truck owners 😉

Today we will be at Quaker Haven Camp serving lunch, along with some other food trucks, from 11-3! This event is open to the public and a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon with your kiddos 🙂 Come on out and see us!!
