We have received over 200 messages regarding our recent announcement about Vimeo. We want to make sure we have responded to everyone, but with so many messages, we may have missed someone. So, to clear up any confusion, we want to explain exactly what this means:

This ONLY affects the links on Facebook to your wedding teaser and/or highlight video that were hosted on Vimeo. Those links are no longer active.

If your wedding was filmed in 2020 or later:
You received a link to your online wedding video, and you can still use that link to view your wedding film, including your teaser and/or highlights.

If your wedding was filmed before 2020:
At that time, our online streaming platform was not yet available, so your wedding videos were provided on DVD/Blu-ray discs. If you still have your discs, nothing needs to be done.

If you no longer have your discs and would like your wedding video converted and made available online, we can provide that service for a $75 conversion fee.

If you have any questions or are unsure about what applies to your wedding, please send us a private message with your names and wedding date, and we'll be happy to help.

We want to clarify our earlier announcement regarding Vimeo.
If your wedding highlight and/or teaser video was linked to Vimeo through Facebook, you will no longer be able to access that video through the old Facebook link. We have discontinued our Vimeo service.
Here is how to access your wedding video:
💍 Weddings filmed in 2020 or later
You should have received a VidFlow link to your completed wedding film. If you can no longer find your VidFlow link, please message us with your names and wedding date, and we'll help you locate it.
💿 Weddings filmed before 2020
Your completed wedding video was delivered on a physical disc, as online streaming was not available through our service at that time.
If you no longer have your physical disc, we can provide another copy or we can convert your wedding video to our online streaming service for a few and will provide you with a VidFlow link.

A Note to Our Fordham Footage Couples ❤️

Over the years, many of you have enjoyed your wedding highlight films and teasers through Vimeo, which we used to share your wedding memories on Facebook.

Unfortunately, Vimeo has made significant changes to its pricing and storage policies, and we have decided to discontinue our Vimeo service. As a result, some of the older highlight films and teasers that were previously linked to our Facebook posts are no longer available through those links.

The good news is that your wedding film is not lost! ❤️

Your complete wedding film is available through VidFlow.

If you would like access to your wedding video, simply send us a message here on Facebook with your names and wedding date, and we'll be happy to send you a link.
