26 hours later; We have a train!!
What do you get someone who practically has everything, you sculpt them a train cake!!
The train is a keepsake: Fondant covered cardboard - assembled- detailed- painted- * placed on top of a railway covered cake!

I’m always up for a challenge when it comes to making cakes. Most of my cakes are first times. This cake, is a hand-painted bandana on fondant; (it took several attempts to make a pattern just with pen on paper) Chocolate covered strawberries, painted with edible glitter. A fresh strawberry sauce layered in between yellow butter cake, iced with amaretto buttercream. Thanks, Denise!!
