We want to sincerely apologize to everyone who has come out looking for our ribs during the earlier part of the day and may have been disappointed that they weren’t ready yet.

Our ribs take 6–8 HOURS to smoke properly. We take our time because we want to serve you ribs that are tender, flavorful, and fresh off the smoker — not rushed just to have them available earlier.

We truly believe that creating an amazing product takes time, and we want to give every customer the quality that Charcoal Charlie’s BBQ stands behind. 🔥🍖

Most of the time, our ribs are ready around 2–3 PM. We highly recommend pre-ordering your ribs so we can make sure we have yours saved for you! Our ribs tend to go FAST once they’re ready! 🏃‍♂️💨

Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.
