PLEASE LET ME ADDRESS SOMETHING FROM A MASTER CHEF POINT OF VIEW👉🏼 A "CHICKEN WING" is no doubt one of the easiest things in the world to cook! If you dont know how to cook them then I feel for you..
A "CHICKEN WING" Isn't at any description A sign of chef status it's just 1 small portion of a chicken, now when you go into whole pieces or converting the chicken parts into a dish like Curry, Jerk, Brown stew, or any other conversion with unique flavor now your stepping into something worth bragging about. I have 20 chicken wing flavors but I've been doing that for years selling alot of them and yes the Sauces is home made. But when it comes to Carribean Cuisine I'm unmatched from public opinion. The reason I posted this is not to diss any chef I'm not on that type of time, it's to say fried foods have been dominating the night life with alot of unhealthy dishes good dishes but very unhealthy and women should know how easy it is to lose there shape off them. If we started implementing good healthier dishes at a great price like I've been doing we can accomplish 2 things Master Chef or chefs know! It's the real meaning of quality food at a great price! Going to school to earn your culinary degree will teach you the right way to think about good quality food and besides the point bring diffrent to me is better because everyone swears they hot the best "CHICKEN WINGS"🤷🏽‍♂️🙈😉 bit nobody puts there repution on Good quality home cooked style food in bars or grills if so may 2 or 3 establishments mainly in the Vista or down town area everything else is fried foods or the infamous "LAMB CHOPS" that all look alike and redundant to a trained chefs eye.. oh and easy as hell to do... step it up let's show we can do more the just bar food!

Nigel Smith

No School experience or certification the Chef Tittle becomes suspect. Now you can be an expert cook because that's free, but a certified Chef has a degree. I've Graduated from Lecordon Bleu culinary college with a degree in Cullinary arts and baking along with Restaurant management. 2 years after that I became a Master Chef when I got to my peak in culinary expertise and skill. Then i had proven my self with a mastery of cooking techniques then became a Master Chef by passing a rigorous 8-day examination. So there are levels to this plus the years of owning a restaurant and a catering company puts a Master Chef on a diffrent level. These things don't get handed you gotta work hard!
I'm saying to say don't cheat the game to become great being uncomfortable is the best way to do it right!

Yes I announced the Dime Plates returning starting this Friday!
10.00 black tray beast will be in full effect bringing you foods from the Carribean and American culture that you desire for only 10.00 a tray! (With a delivery fee of course) from 1pm to 5pm in the columbia area! Orders are made out of the columbia area must be pre made in order to have them delivered until "Uber eats or Grub hub" services are established. (All homemade pepper Sauces are included in order extras are 50cent apiece.
