Sorry for the late contest post tonight.
I was processing beautiful flowers and getting some out the door early today to beat the storm! ❄️
Tonight's is another guessing game, how many candies are in the heart shaped tin....and no the candy isn't part of the prize ! ( My daughters claimed them 😉💕)

First night: The double hearts were made by LJ's mail van at the Swan's Island Post Office. It was from a few years ago.

True of many of us Moms ( and Dads ) young or old.

😞 Spending hours on the treadmill or trying crazy meal plans didn’t help me. But one simple change made me go from 211 to 131.

I never thought this would be the solution.

Last year, I couldn’t even take my dogs to the park. I had no energy to do anything. My lower back always hurt, and it was hard to sit or stand for long.

My ankles and hips were sore, and I had trouble bending down or reaching for things.

Even tying my shoes or picking something up from the floor was tough.

I missed family outings because I couldn’t keep up.

It made me sad not to do more with my family.

I tried every solution and workout, but none of them worked until…

Now, a few months later, I take my dogs to the park every day. I’m the one who plans family gatherings now!
