Peggy's forte is specialty pastries and desserts, focaccia, and European-style breads, plus wood-grilled meats such as marinated beef and pork tenderloin that are slowly prepared to perfection over a maple hardwood fire. The flavors captured during this open flame cooking process imbue the essence of Leelanau. Personalized menus developed with the customer's ideas and preferences in mind, are prepared with carefully selected ingredients and fashioned for your special event. Both formal and casual menus can be customized by Ethnic Garden Catering to meet your event needs, including organic and vegetarian fare.
