Afterward, we will only be slinging charcuterie in Suttons Bay on Saturdays (through Labor Day weekend).

Introducing our newest way to experience the … our Treasure Quest - a good old-fashioned treasure hunt exploring some of the best the peninsula has to offer!

Here's how it works:

Join us at the Suttons Bay Farmers Market, where you will be handed an envelope with your first clue, followed by a series of additional clues taking you and a partner on a journey around the Leelanau Peninsula.

The first team to solve all of the clues and complete the hunt wins the bounty - more than $100 in treasures from all around the Leelanau (gift cards to local establishments, stores and other goodies)!

When is it? Saturday, August 20th. Participants must arrive at the market by 9:45 am. The hunt will officially start at 10 am.

What does it cost? $65 per team of two includes a charcuterie board to enjoy after the hunt. EVERYONE'S A WINNER WITH CHARCUTERIE!

How long will the hunt take? You should plan on a couple of hours, but not all day.

To celebrate, we’re offering a special board featuring 4 specially selected cheeses that pair perfectly with wine (plus olives, fruit preserves, honey, almonds, dried fruit and crackers). Just add wine! Suggested pairings will come with each board. 🍷

For inspiration, MAWBY, Bluestone Vineyard, Verterra Winery, Shady Lane Cellars and Two K Farms Cidery & Winery are some of our favorites (to start). Of course, the Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail is also a fantastic resource.
